Went there past 10pm, the Café was still a bit busy, we easily found a free table in the terrace, stunning view over Ceuta. Food was quite good, the coffee was simply the best we had in Tetouan area.

The food was good, but it could be better. The presentation is beautiful. The server was very attentive and kind. If you are not a local, please make sure you have cash, as you will not be able to use your credit/debit card. Beautiful view of the ocean and Cuerta.
